Why is Spain one of the best places to eat in the world?

I've recently discovered an American food show called "No Reservations".  The show is hosted by Anthony Bourdain, a renowned Amercian chef and author.  On "No Reservations" Anthony travels the world seeking out the ulitmate dining experience in the places he visits.  In one of his shows, Anthony makes a trip to Northern Spain, including San Sebastian and Girona and discovers why the region is the the culinary capital of the world.  Along the way he meets some of the world's greatest chefs: Ferran Adrià of El Bulli, Juan Maria & Elen Arzak of their eponymous family restaurant and Andoni Luis Aduriz of Mugartiz.

It's a fantastic show and Anthony really gets underneath the skin of why the food in the places he visits is special, but unfortunately "No Reservation" only airs on the Travel Channel in the US.  Luckily, I've managed to track down the complete episode of "No Reservations - Spain" online, so you can find out what all the fuss about grastronomy in Spain is all about.  The episode is split in to five parts.  It's essential viewing if you're planning to visit the country.
